This Thursday I am featuring Roxanne's playspace for her daughters, Brianna and Madaline, which also doubles as her craft space. It's never easy to have a space do double duty, especially when it is shared with kids of different ages!
From Roxanne:
I have a teenage boy (my hubbys cousin) staying with us for the summer so it is a disaster in there now. I had a plan for that room but it's not exactly working like I thought! Kids keep going in there and messing everything up!! LOL
I plan to get rid of the desk and get some kind of cabinet/storage there. My hubby built the shelving and I decorated the walls somewhat. So for now the room is..... to be continued!
I can't wait to see what you do with it, Roxanne - this room has so much potential! And fortunately, girls tend to like to craft more than boys, so it will hopefully become a creative space you can share with your girls!
I love the flower - I wish I could paint like that! Thank you for sharing your space!
If you would like to share your children's playspace - good, bad, ugly, whatever! - please send pictures and a description to me at lana dot carlson at gmail dot com!
