As Seen on the Internet: Button Monogram

Hope everyone had a fabulous weekend! I would have liked to have relaxed more but I have no one to blame but myself for that one! Plus we had a poor sick baby. :( I think he's all better now, thankfully!

So thanks to my new addiction, Pinterest, I found an awesome craft I just had to make: the Button Monogram! And remember the thrift store frame I found for $0.74?


I already had black paint, so I gave it a coat and got rid of all the country stuff inside. I already had frame mat board, so there was another expense I didn't have. Add in about half a $2.30 pack of black and white buttons...


And two yards of black and white flower ribbon ($1.98/yd) tied into a bow with a black twist tie (Totally save those. They always come in handy!)


And voila! A birthday present for my friend Amanda!
